Accounting Matters has a proven track record of business and accounting knowledge, accuracy, timeliness and ethics that can service your accounting and taxation functions at a cost that is very reasonable.

Accounting Matters operates on an "as required basis" so that your costs are kept to a minimum. You therefore only pay for the services required by you, when you want them. One off projects, short or long term contracts are most welcome.

Accounting Matters can also offer fixed rate fees for the processing of monthly accounts, so that you get the services you require, at a fixed cost per month for ongoing services.

Accounting Matters will come to your place of business or can maintain your requirements from our own centrally located office. Discretion and Confidentiality is absolutely guaranteed.

Starting a new business takes some careful consideration. You will need advice on your particular situation that will be of the best tax benefit to you. Accounting Matters, can meet with you at your premises and at your convenience to discuss how best to deal with commencing your operation with the correct record keeping and compliance to the Inland Revenue Department. This is a completely obligation free service. There will however be a small fee of NZ$75.00 (plus GST) for this service. If you engage the services of Accounting Matters on an ongoing basis, this fee will be credited off your first account.

Charge Rates

Accounting Matters aims to provide your business with an efficient and cost effective service that is also reasonable. The  hourly charge is NZ$50.00 plus GST. This fee is negotiable depending on your requirements and your situation.
